How can i know what quality of video card i own withou looking at it physically?

Answer:

turn to your control panel. click on devices.it should give u a schedule of installed hardware.
During start-up go to BIOS and everything something like your motherboard will be displayed.
You can't know for sure... you can know what it reports itself as because the first thing that comes up on eyeshade when you boot your PC is the video card's self check and identification.

Also device representative will tell you what the card identified itself as.

But if it's an OEM interpretation or a card using a third party chipset (like ATI very soon only do chipsets) you can't be sure what net or model of card is in at hand without looking.
check your owners instruction manual in specifications or something on that model
Go to start>run

type

dxdiag

click ok

the info you want will be under the display tab
Just right click somewhere on the desktop and select properties. Go to the settings tab and beneath display it will state the monitor you are using along with your video card. If you want a more indepth analysis, click on the finance button on the page
go to setup when you start your computer and find the laptop info or something
