Please help me to fathom out my cpu family X86 or X64

Execute MSINFO32. It will put in the picture you what your processor is
It will most likely be x86 as these are the most popular copy for notebooks. msinfo32 will enlighten you. or look at the device manager for the cpu properties.
All chips are x86. If you have a 64 bit capable (which you dont) it would be x86-64.
Start->All Programs->Accessories->System Tools->System Information
