Have BT broadband etc and own bought trial laptop.......?

Whats the best wireless nouns to buy or should I buy from BT?

Answer:

i have a bt homehub i own 2 pcs connected by ethernet and 1 laptop connected wirelessly. works perfect and is comfortable to set up. make sure you install the bt software contained by each workstation and it should give you a nouns option.
Go for the BT Home Hub. It's wireless and you can run a phone from it as resourcefully as a laptop and a PC.
I tried Belkin and it was dreadful. I have nothing but trouble. I consequently tried the BT's oen router etc and its great. I've had no problems beside it and the helpline is good too (rang up for a diffferent reason). Can steal ages to get through, but they know what they are discussion about. Or did within my case.
You inevitability a Wireless router. Call BT and see if you can upgrade through them.

Or, get one at any computer store. Choose by price.

Then, read the router user booklet to connect your WiFi PC.
There are many things to consider. Does your house enjoy thick walls or do you want lots of reach? If so, buy a router like a Netgear MIMO Rangemax that can conquer further.

If you have no special requirements, I recommend a Netgear because they're really straightforward to use (and better than BTs stuff). If you are connecting through a BT line, you call for an >>>> adsl router <<< such as a Netgear DG834G. Do not buy a DSL/Cable Router as they only work beside cable lines like ntl.

If you live surrounded by an elevated position I'd also recommend a Belkin surge protector for the phone line as those routers are a bit fragile, as I learn.
