Help beside no startup near toshiba l25-s121 tryed to start next to window cd still won't startup.?

have windows xp home tryed using cd to startup it will run through to retrieval and still does the samething???? help please

Hit F12 when it's starting and you should return with a screen that will permit you boot from the CD.
Is the BIOS set to boot from disc first?
