Help toshiba l25-s121 laptop will not start window a short time ago keep shuting down trying to start???

turn on window screen comes up go to improper shut down restart blind blinks a blue screen can't read next shuts down and trys to restart.?

You may have a arbitrary to get into DOS, by holding the Alt switch (or other) during the boot process, but you then involve to know how to write DOS commands to try to attain back into window.
