Answer:

Try to boot on safe mode and restore the system but most credible you will have to reinstall teh system.



To boot on saf emode, restart computer and press F8.
Suggest you turn into Safe Mode and do a Windows Repair.

Here are notes on Safe Mode:



Turn your PC on or Restart. As soon as you see the black and white blind, press and hold the F8 key. Continue holding until you see a black and white menu. Safe Mode is F3 or F5.



Follow instructions for Windows Repair. When it is finished, click Restart. You will probably find your icon messed up. No biggee. Drag them back into place.
