Hi can anybody describe me which pictographic card is better for gaming within laptops. Is it?

256MB ATI(R) MobilityTM Radeon(R) X1400 HyperMemoryTM graphics card,NVIDIA GF6150 128MB or 256MB nVidia Geforce Go 5100 Graphics?

Answer:

PC Mark 2003 ratings; (2006 rating if available)

ATI X1400~ 5070 (900)

Nvidia 6150~ 1200 (630)

Nvidia 5100~ 1100 (no 06 rating)

They adjectives suck but the ATI is the best.

These will not game ably period.

Get at lowest a Nvidia 7600 preferably a 7700 for a 15.4 laptop
That is a real tough one.

They are adjectives mediocre adapters and will not be very appropriate for gaming.

I would lean towards the x1400 myself.
If you could get even a bigger card than you planned would be great. The cards you listed are rapidly going out of date. Try to find a card near 512 MB. Maybe a GeForce 7900 series? These cards will run games very economically.
Go 5100 is build on a GPU which is summin like 3-5 years old= NOT GOOD! GF6150 is slice of the 6 series which is becoming obselite, so DEFINATLY go next to the X1400.
